When I tried to speak with the manager and file a claim, the experience was very disappointing. The person I spoke with was Anthony, the general manager of the location. I had to ask three separate times for him to even check the cameras, and each time he dismissed the request and said he was just “saving my time.” I wasn’t expecting an instant solution, but I did expect at least some effort to investigate what happened. Customer service should involve listening to concerns and taking them seriously. Being dismissed by the general manager without any attempt to review the situation was frustrating, and because of how it was handled, I won’t be returning.
