  I came into this Mavis Tires & Brakes location without an appointment, and Michael at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He quickly got me set up with an appointment and made sure I was taken care of right away. The service was fast, and I was in and out much quicker than I expected. Michael was very kind and professional throughout the whole process, which made the experience even better. Thank you to him and the team who fixed my tire I really appreciate the great service!

  I can honestly say my experience at Mavis Tire in Sanford was the highlight of my day! Michael and Marvin were knowledgeable, courteous and warm-hearted. They happily explained the process to me, and even went beyond my questions to give the rationale. They weren’t pushy or presumptuous, which as a woman, I found refreshing. Since I was getting four tires and an oil change, I knew it would probably “be a minute,” so I got my laptop out, plugged it in the convenient power bar, charged my phone with the USB port provided, and hopped up on the stool to get a little work done. I helped myself to cups of cold water from the water cooler, and used the convenient, clean restroom while I waited. The service was completed faster than I expected, and I was on my way home a happy, satisfied customer. Before I left, Michael and Marvin made sure I understood the rebate process, and even laughed about what I might spend the rebate gift card on to “save my husband money!” As an exhausted teacher, I appreciated their candor at the end of a long day.🙂 I will return again and again to Mavis Tire in Sanford because of the staff, the 5-star service, and the satisfaction I felt when I left. Michael and Marvin made my day!

  I had an outstanding experience with Nick and Ben at Mavis Tire & Brakes on Friday, March 13. I was dealing with a stressful situation—a tire that kept losing pressure despite multiple stops to fill it with air—while trying to get my elderly mother to an important appointment. From the moment I arrived, Nick was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Ben quickly identified the issue—a nail in the tire—and took the time to repair it properly rather than rushing through the job. Their efficiency and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind, especially given the circumstances. What really stood out was how well they treated me throughout the process. They were courteous, reassuring, and went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road safely and without further stress. I truly appreciate their excellent service and kindness. Nick and Ben are a great example of what customer care should look like, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this business to others.

  Stopped by to get my tires checked and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, honest, and efficient. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back!
