  3 months to get my truck fix, just for them to do a horrible job. Take your business somewhere else, my insurance send me there and totally did not meet my expectations, don’t expect good communication either.

The repair work on my car is flawless. The area where I was hit looks brand new. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-tier. But what truly sets this location apart is the customer service. Sheila, the receptionist, is the heart of this operation. She is responsive, patient, and genuinely cares about the customers walking through that door. Every time I called or stopped by, she greeted me with professionalism and a positive attitude. She kept me informed, explained estimates and adjustments clearly, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. You can tell she takes pride in what she does — and it makes a difference. Brittany, the adjuster, was just as impressive. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, coordinated the rental car seamlessly, and provided accurate timelines on the repairs. There were no surprises — just clear communication and follow-through. It’s rare to find a business that delivers both exceptional repair work and outstanding customer care. Gerber did both. If you want quality repairs and a team that treats you with respect and professionalism, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

  My son needed to use the restroom, so I briefly parked in a spot nearby. When I came back, a rude woman started yelling at me, cursing at me saying I couldn’t park there even though she doesn’t own the lot. She was a heavier-set woman with short, curly black hair. There’s no reason to speak to people that way. Will never go here.

  Had to go back multiple times and point out major details missed by technician with repairing my vehicle (they wanted to be cheap). Highly frustrating!
