  Wonderful experience everytime I go! They always tell Me what I truly need and what is necessary and what is recommended! I absolutely love this location! They are so quick and wonderful!

  Una pena no leer los comentarios antes de ir de nuevo a esta Sucursal, siempre me habia atendido bien, pero ayer fui y la joven que estaba a cargo pensaba que esta en el ejército y me hablaba rudo,fuerte y con actitud. Se paso viendo su celular y a duras penas contestó mis preguntas. En un momento me pregunto algo y le conteste otra y su respuesta fue YO NO PREGUNTE ESO!!. Parece que se le olvida que con los que nosotros los clientes pagamos es con lo que se les paga a ellos. Pedí a otro empleado que me verificarán los puntos de engrase del carro y me dice que ya no le hacen. Me recomendó po er filtros al carro por 40.00 que Walmart los vende en 20.00 y de marca. Nada solo para que sepan que me perdieron como cliente y que deben mandar a esa joven a cojer un curso de SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.

  Horrible! I went in as car was overheating. I added water to reservoir to make it there. For them to say couldn't help meafter i was about to start oil change. Too full. WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL. Told them have 2 ambulance bills coming, got out of hospital on the 26th. Then the supposed "light check" said all good, but had a brake light out. Then told him I wasn't able to buy ANYTHING ELSE...still tried to upset everything. So ladies, save your time. Go to the one on rhinehart and 46. Horrible @valvoline

  The team today was quick, friendly, high energy and looked like they were all really enjoying work which made my boring day of errands feel more fun. This is my 3rd trip to this location and they have always been upbeat , efficient and quick! Thank you so much for your service and your amazing team keeping everything moving with smiles.

  This review is based on my experience with Jariza. This was my first visit to a quick-change oil service station. Upon arrival, I informed the manager that I had brought my own oil and OEM filter, as my vehicle manufacturer recommends using Mobil 1. She explained there would be a service fee of approximately $41, which I agreed to. When I attempted to retrieve the oil and filter from my trunk, the manager firmly instructed me to remain in the vehicle, stating she needed to complete her checks first. I expressed that I preferred to provide the items myself rather than have someone go through my trunk, but she refused. After that, she turned around and walked away, mumbling something under her breath that sounded like she was talking about me. I asked if there was a problem, and she replied, “I have three bays I’m working on, and you’re not my only customer.” Eventually, after the checks were finished and the oil was being drained, a technician allowedme to retrieve and hand over the oil and filter without issue. After the oil change was completed, the technician showed me the dipstick, which indicated the oil level was above the recommended range. I requested that they drain the excess oil to bring it within tolerance, but the manager declined, stating they had added the correct amount. Despite my concerns, she refused to make adjustments and asked me to pull out of the bay. I then asked if I could speak with someone above her or the store owner, but she said there was no one else and did not provide any contact information other than the phone number on the receipt. Additionally, the receipt indicated that the oil life monitor should have been reset, which had not been done. After pointing this out, she had a technician assist me in resetting it. When I got home, I drained the oil myself to the proper level and noticed the battery terminal cover had been removed and left upside down on top of the battery. Following this experience, I contacted customer service and opened a case. Unfortunately, I was told the case would be reviewed by the same store manager and only escalated at her discretion. Based on this experience, I do not plan to use Valvoline Instant Oil Change again. Looks like this location only responds to 5 star reviews. I recommend steering clear.
