Adam and Colin had the best customer service. Gave me details on my car that was needed. I would definitely recommend those two. I was comfortable and the process was a breeze.

What they did to my car: 1. They sucked out the oil through the dipstick (using the top method) – this is called vacuum extraction. 2. They poured in new oil. 3. Then they replaced the oil filter. Is this the correct method? No, according to regulations, this is NOT considered a proper or complete oil change. Let me explain why: ✔ What a proper change should look like: 1. First, change the filter. 2. Then drain the old oil from the bottom, through the plug (the most complete and correct method). 3. Install the new filter. 4. Add new oil. What's wrong... • When oil is sucked out from the top, some old oil (often 5-15%) remains in the pan. • If you added new oil and only then changed the filter, the filter was filled with some of the old oil that remained after the vacuum extraction. • This is not harmful, but it is not a high-quality or professional oil change.
