He called first thing in the morning to confirm everything and then provided me with an updated ETA in a timely manner. However when he got here to do the replacement, he couldn't. He said they didn't equip him with the trim he needed and to wait for someone to reach out to reschedule. Nobody ever did. I ended up on the site and noticed "my appointment" section so I log on to see if there was a place to reschedule and there wasn't. However they had already rescheduled it without confirming with me that the date worked. Having already wasted a week waiting on them, I just kept the new date and had to move my entire day around. Day of comes and no call in the AM, but I saw that it was 8-12 time frame so wasn't too much of a big deal. However, I did not hear from the second tech till after my timeframe had ended when he asked if it was ok to still come. I said sure because has been waiting all day already and needed it done. He finally shows up and replaced the windshield, but upon reviewing everything after I got off work, he did not replace the wipers when I asked for them to be replaced. I don't know if he just skipped it or whoever rescheduled the appt just decided on their own that I wasn't going to get new ones even though I wanted and had asked for them. My emailed receipt also says he cleaned all the exterior windows and vacuumed the interior -- both things he did not do. So less than impressed with the lack of communication with scheduling, not providing me with services I asked for (the wipers replaced) and not providing services that the company includes in their service (washing windows and vacuuming). Next time, I'll shop around more.
