  It is a pleasure working with Safelite throughout the years. They make it easy to get service and the technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  What a poor experience. I booked my original appointment for a Monday afternoon. Received my confirmation and waited for my technician. The person never arrived. I called the insurance company who says there was no appointment scheduled. I shared my confimration information with them. They stated there was nothing on the books for the day in question. They were happy to schedue my appointment for Wednesday. AGAIN! I waited for my service window. I called three times and each time, i was told. YES! They are on their way and will be there before 5pm. They never called and nothing could be done. I expressed serious concerns over the very deep crack in my front windshield, especially consiering how it continued to spread and get deeper. "Nothin we can do. Be there tomorow. I should have called earlier"!!! REALLY. The technician finally showed up the next day. Told me that they kept getting text messages about my windshield, but it was there day off!!!

  Made an appointment to have my glasses changed Thursday. They lost the glass but later on said they found it. I got a text saying the tech was on the way. The tech never came but did message me after the time I stayed home and waited the 5 hours for them to arrive. They did a nice job rescheduling me to Saturday but then came by and said my truck was too rusty to do the windshield. I mean it's a 2010 Dodge not a 60's. Now im 3 days in with zero resolution and no more time left to drive 6,000 miles with a busted windshield! Thanks 4 nothing! Ps my rustbucket pictured below.

  AWFUL customer service!! Don't trust them with your windshield replacement. They do not answer the phones. Safety features do not work if not repaired correctly. I have now been without my 2025 vehicle for 8 days. No resolution in sight. Awful!!! 🤬

  When the technician decided to show up way early and unannounced only to call asking where we were as he was already at the house. So we rushed home just to have him rush the job leaving glass in the car all over the place. When I got into my car the night it was dark and couldn’t see the left glass I ended sitting on some and getting stabbed by a shard. Then when we drove the car we heard a rattle that wasn’t there before so we contacted safelight. They sent another person who didn’t even take the time to look just to tell us a piece had broken and that it’s not their problem that it’s normal wear and tear. It would have been nice to have been told that this could have happened during the replacement and told that it happened. Instead we were told that everything was all good and he left. This is completely unacceptable and I no longer trust in this company so be aware if the technician is looking around for your cameras that some shady stuff is going on. I wouldn’t recommend them not just for the poor communication but poor quality work. They don’t care.
