When she walked over she didn’t say anything, scanned my items and then said “that’s it?” . She’s CO-MANAGER not a regular employee. This is the example they are setting up for their staff? She really should probably be in the cooler with that attitude. Is it too much to ask for someone to say “hi” or “sorry for the wait” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” or whatever.

It used to be that you would come in and the employees seemed happy to be there and they all got along, everyone at the counter was friendly, funny, and respectful. Now, every time you come in there’s a new face and the staff are constantly talking smack about each other. Not the store it used to be. It has had a negative shift since the last store manager left.
