  I went through this car wash and unfortunately ended up with damage on my car afterward. When I tried to speak with the manager and file a claim, the experience was very disappointing. The person I spoke with was Anthony, the general manager of the location. I had to ask three separate times for him to even check the cameras, and each time he dismissed the request and said he was just “saving my time.” I wasn’t expecting an instant solution, but I did expect at least some effort to investigate what happened. Customer service should involve listening to concerns and taking them seriously. Being dismissed by the general manager without any attempt to review the situation was frustrating, and because of how it was handled, I won’t be returning.

  The experience is always great and the staff is very nice and helpful. One improvement I would suggest is adding shade where the vacuums are located. It would make it much more comfortable for customers while cleaning their cars.

  I had a bad experience at Mr. Car Wash. The girl welcoming the cars refused to sell me a towel because I was using an external card for payment, which made no sense and felt like poor customer service. I don’t understand why the payment method should affect something as simple as buying an additional item. On top of that, it’s not the first time I’ve noticed issues. Parts of the wash system are frequently out of order or not working properly, yet they still charge full price. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that isn’t fully functioning. Customer service over the phone is also poor, and their app is inefficient and difficult to use. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. They really need to improve their customer service, maintenance, and technology.

  When there is a line it wont take more than 5 min before your in tunnel. I take my fleet of pool trucks here all the time. Sunshine pools appreciates you guys for making it a good experience every time we clean our trucks here. Keep up the good work!
