- CBChris Beck71!1 day ago5.0If I could give ten stars for this crew, I would. Everyone at Mavis Sanford is Knowledgeable, forthcoming, and trustworthy. These people will NOT steer you wrong. Micheal, Marvin and Ben, the service advisers, are very friendly and funny. I was very comfortable with speaking to them. And they repaid the favor. So, all in all, the service team there were top notch and I can't say enough good things about them. Take your vehicle here, and rest assured you'll be happy. The prices are fair as well.

- TCT ChemsMar 6, 20261.0Came to get tire plugged , my vehicle has nitrogen filed tires, shop plugged it and filled it with regular air and didnt say anything to me, after I paid and looked at the receipt I went back inside to ask what they filed it with, desk worker was somewhat nasty and dismissive about it, If the vehicle comes in with nitrogen filled tires I should be advised that it wont be that way when getting back after a repair before the repair is done! Id give 0 stars but google requires 1

Marvin at the front desk provided exceptional customer service; sometimes places like this can make you feel uncomfortable, but he was professional and made you feel welcomed. Everything was clear from start to finish. The tech, Adam, was able to do the repair the same day, and it was perfectly done. The price for it all to get done was very reasonable. Highly recommended this place!
