Tom was able to assist me right away and took the time to explain what caused the issue and how I can effectively check and reset the maintenance feature myself in the future. So went in to my local Mavis, expecting at 72,000 miles to be needing brakes. Seems time……. Honest shop, told me to travel safely, changed oil and wiper blades, rotated tires and inspected brakes. Which are still 70-80% intact. Let’s be frank, the basic true honesty of these folks it’s just impressive. And refreshing in this world! Great experience! Needed tires, they have tires! Great service providers, fast, clean, efficient! Got a great deal as well! Thanks Marvin and Michael, you guys did a great job and got me back on the road quickly.
