Martin's Collision Center was friendly and helpful from the time my husband opened the door until he left. From greeting with a smile and "how can we help," to Tommy giving great advice and answering all his questions. In an age when customer service is lacking, this company is still fulfilling the needs, goes beyond the call of duty and delivering with professionalism and thorough explanations.

I shopped around to find a Subaru-certified, Allstate-authorized collision center to repair my Subaru Outback which was hit by a car in the hospital parking garage. I found the perfect location at Martin’s Collision Center. When I walked in and met Tommy Stokes, I knew my car would be in good hands. I knew my car would receive personal attention from a locally-owned business which is the direct opposite of a corporate-owned conglomerate center that repairs cars in an assembly line setting. When I picked up my car, I knew I had made the right decision as it looked like it had never been hit and the final cost was a fraction of other estimates I had received. Also they were able to make the repairs in such a way that it was classified as cosmetic repairs instead of structural damage which protects the value of my car. I appreciated the updates from Tommy including the progress and estimated time of completion. Thank you Tommy and the entire Martin’s Collision Center team! You are the BEST!!

Took my Jeep in for some oxidation and surface rust on a door. It's just a beater for my kid to learn to drive. The guy giving the estimate wanted to change the panels completely because they "cant warranty the paint due to rust." I said "its going to be a first car for my daughter who is just now starting to drive" and he immediately said "No, we have to replace the door panel" Um, I don't want a warranty! I just need a first time car for my kid to practice on. I understand providing quality service to customers, but I legit told him it's a practice car for my kid. I don't need anything fancy. He tried to refer me to "someone" and I didn't have time to sit there and listen. If you immediately want to shoot someone down, try to sell overpriced work, and not listen to them, why the heck am I going to take a recommendation from you? If I wanted the panels replaced I would have taken it back to the dealership or bought her a different car. I took it up the road to Macos who gave me an estimate for sanding, treating the rust, and painting the door, fender and polishing the rest of the car for $1400 and he said "we cant warranty the paint due to the rust, but it will give her some time with it for a while" and they'll have it back to us before the 31st. Easy peasy.

This place is highly recommended! Not only did they stay open an hour later while I waited for enterprise, but they were hospitable and did not rush the process at all! I would recommend them to anybody!
