  Staff was uncommonly personable, very easy to work with and responsive. The truck I reserved with liftgate was not returned by the previous renter so they upgraded me to a larger truck with liftgate at the same rate. Not ideal to drive a bigger truck but I appreciated the common sense solution that allowed me to get the job done.

  I had a terrible experience unfortunately. I was desperate for a rental truck for a few hours and had no choice but to rent from enterprise. Once I arrived I wanted about 10 minutes and no one came. I circled the building and had ask for help multiple times and told to wait. Once I was finally assisted after waiting another 10 minutes for the representative to finish washing the van because he was the only one working but multiple other employees were present. While I was being checked out by the representative another random black man walks in the door and the representative asks us if we are together. He did not ask any of the white men if they were with me but just assumed the black people showed up together although we showed up at completely different times. As a young black woman in a room full of men I was extremely uncomfortable and that was extremely racist. Terrible customer service
