  On January 31, 2026 my husband and I opted to rent a vehicle at this Enterprise location. Our flight from Sanford to Asheville had been canceled due to inclement weather. We were greeted promptly by Franusca and explained our situation to her. We inquiried about a one way rental. We were impressed, first that Franusca listened intentively to what we needed. Second, Franusca was both personable and professional. During the process of the rental agreement, she noted that we both shared the same birthday....what are the chances...I might add, One way rentals and returns are usually a difficult process but not this time. Once our paperwork was submitted, we headed outdoors to choose our vehicle (Pacifica Minivan;). There were 4 adults/4 large pieces of luggage/4 over stuffed backpacks. We were extremely pleased with the cargo room the minivan offered. We dropped our vehicle off 13 hours later, at the Enterprise return, at our local airport. The communication with Enterprise in Sanford via text, was an added perk. Our bill arrived via email several days later and was significantly higher than we had anticipated. I called the 1-800 Enterprise number...the only negative to the experience. I like to talk to someone quickly, not go through prompt after prompt. I did finally reach a representative (Mia/Natasha) who submitted the discrepancy to the Sanford location via email. Within 24 hours, I received a telephone call from the MGM, Pierson and the issue was resolved. We were charged only for one day, as the initial rental was for 2 days, due to the unpredictable, inclement weather. We were extremely pleased with the service we received during this process. We also had the opportunity to meet and speak with Pierson during our initial visit in Sanford. These two people, went above and beyond, to assist us during a stressful situation. We would most certainly use this facility again and would highly recommend both of them for rentals. Top notch service! Extremely impressed and satisfied!

  We had great service at the Sanford airport. The staff was quick and very friendly. The car class that we requested was available. Instructions were clear. The after hours drop off was seamless and very easy. We will be renting from Enterprise again!

  I was very please with my choice of truck and the rental price. The 2026 ram was great and very smooth ride and the customer service was awesome. Enterprise is the way to go if you need a rental.

  Excellent experience, start to finish. No hassle either getting the car at the airport or returning it a week later. Staff were all friendly and professional. The car was intermediate sized, very clean and ran well. Highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
