She was the only person who helped me, seemed to be doing it all, and was the only staff not on their personal cell phone or with their head down. She was greeting people, doing outside car battery stuff for customers, and had a line of people waiting for her. She was professional, kind, honest, and helpful. I was getting a run around about my car from another store that’s a competitor and the dealer. She was clearly knowledgeable, saved me money, and ultimately she was 100% correct with the guidance she had. If it wasn’t for her I would have been taken for $624 for something I had coverage for with my battery I already had purchased previously!!! She even knew with the year and make of my car that the battery did need to be adapted at the dealer for electronic purposes. I feel I can truly trust this staff and your company I don’t typically do business with. Let’s just say I will be switching to auto zone from advanced auto parts and I pray YOHAIRA stays! You’re lucky to have her! Bilingual, a woman, knowledgeable, genuine, hard working, professional, and top quality that a company should be grateful to have. If she wasn’t there to help, I would have walked out with the lack of service by the male manager and him being on his cell phone.
