At first I was being helped by a female she was nice, however she was unable to get the battery out due to it being "stuck." Justin came in to save the day with extra elbow grease and removed my battery and replaced it with the new one. I really appreciate the help he provided.

He immediately helped me explained everything so I could understand. I highly recommend him when you come into the store super helpful super down to earth and great customer service skills. He was truly amazing. I do want to point out I had gone to another auto zone up the street from this one on the same st prior to this one and the manager at the one was super rude and told me I should go else were and I’m glad I did. Again I highly recommend this store and Kenrick!! Thank you for your help !!
