  I went in about a week and a half ago to get a new battery. At first I was being helped by a female she was nice, however she was unable to get the battery out due to it being "stuck." Justin came in to save the day with extra elbow grease and removed my battery and replaced it with the new one. I really appreciate the help he provided.
