  If I could 0 stars, I would. This is actually sad being that I was just employed with AutoZone. I went into this store to use the battery tester and scanner. I offered my ID as “collateral” until the equipment were returned which is the process. Leihann (older, heavy set, white woman), I believe her name is, as well Alex both refused me the equipment. Being that these are managers and I was a manager, literally a few months ago, I expected honesty and better customer service. Not lies because they didn’t want me to use the equipment. As I was leaving, another customer told me that “they always do black people like that but they see white people using things all the time.” It’s insane and very unprofessional to get denied service because I refused Leighann’s help, expressing I could do it myself since there was a line in the store. She literally got an attitude and walked away denying me service then ignoring me.

  Everyone here is so helpful with any questions or concerns you need. I forgot his name but I came in needing an engine diagnostic for a used car I just bought and he was quick to help me do the diagnostic, print out the codes and tell me what they all meant and how to fix them. I came back today and he helped me again finding what I needed for my car once again. Thank you guys so much for being such hardworking people and keep up the good work! Alsoo this is definitely the place to go for pretty much the cheapest parts, don’t go to valvoline or your dealer for air/oil filters, come here instead!

  Kendrick was very nice, professional and resolved my problems on my car. I had a battery problem and swap for me at no charge.

  Quick in and out with battery replacement and installation. Thanks
