  First time at Auto Zone in Sanford. I needed both engine & cabin air filters. After getting a an incredibly high from a repair shop I called and spoke to Cheyenne at Auto Zone who looked up the cost - she was very polite and very helpful. So today I stopped by and bought both for a fraction of the cost quoted by the repair shop . I asked if anyone could put them in as I’m a senior with health issues. A wonderful employee Felix said he’d install both. He was a very nice man who knew just what to do. He also saw I had some corrosion on my battery terminals and took the initiative to clean them both. I would highly recommend Auto Zone Sanford and ask for Felix if you need help. You want be disappointed!

  ALLISON IS THE BEST ! MOST BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT SHE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE! I CAME IN LITERALLY AS THEY WERE OPENING, AS MY BATTERY HAD ME CONCERNED. INSTEAD OF BEING ANNOYED OR TELLING ME TO WAIT, SHE DID NEITHER ! SHE WENT AND GOT HER EQUIPMENT AND HELPED ME IMMEDIATELY! AS I AM A WOMAN , SOMETIMES I DONT LIKE GOONG INTO MAN DOMINATED PLACES, CAR REPAIRS/TIRES ETC ETC. SO IT WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR TO SEE SUCH A WELL EDUCATED, AND NICE WOMAN TO HELP ME WITH THIS ! ALLISON, PLEASE NEVER EVER CHANGE WHO/ HOW YOU ARE ! I REALLY WISH THEIR WERE MORE MANAGERS LIKE YOU WITH PASSION AND KINDESS! I COULDNT HELP BUT HUG HER BC SHE WAS JUST A DOLL ! BEAUTIFUL FACE AND BEAUTIFUL PERSONALITY! ALLISON NEEDS A RAISE AND 1M STARS! ILL DEF BE GETTING ALL MY CAR NEEDS FROM SANFORD AUTO ZONE FROM NOW ON. THANKS ALLISON 😊

  These guys are always friendly and professional. This AutoZone always has what I need, and the staff is quick to help without any hassle. Great customer service every time I come in.

  My battery on my honda civic was acting up all day (and I thought it was because of the extreme cold that's been hitting FL). When I started getting spooked about it being something else, Auto Zone was the only place that was open and close to me at the time. Nonetheless, I was absolutely impressed by the high quality of service provided to me by Syrus. He was able to test my battery, help me buy a new one, and install it right then and there whilst explaining everything he did. I was so grateful for his kind nature, but also him being open to clarifying and answering any questions I had as he was replacing my battery for me. Thank you so much, Syrus! You did an awesome job and gave me a piece of mind knowing I can drive safely now.
