- CMCamie Miller3 days ago1.0We pulled in to get fuel & I got a charge (not an authorization) for $151.00 as soon as the card was swiped. I wanted to stop here because I'm from east TN & like to support Pilot when I can but this is the closest one to me & it's 40 mins out of the way. I bought $20.00 worth of gas & was charged $20.00 for my actual purchase on top of the fraudulent $151.00. I'm giving this over the weekend in hopes that it's some weird way of authorizing & it'll fall off but it's not looking like it. I've already contacted my card's member services to flag as potential fraud & will follow up w Pilot on Monday.

- TKTom KMar 27, 20261.0It used to be a really great truck stop with plenty of diesel distributors. And then some idiot decided to turn the diesel station backwards. Now you can’t access from 52. You have drive to the back and drive through the parking lot to get fueled. How stupid!!!!
