- JPJuan Pastrana5 days ago1.0The nastiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. Floors have wet floor signs and piss all on floors. The smell and scene in that bathroom was unbearable. I held my breathe while I used the bathroom. Racetracks always have clean bathrooms , this Racetrack must have bad leadership/Managers. That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned all day! 8:45pm when writing this review

The manager, Nicole, was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, with zero effort to resolve the issue or speak respectfully. Customer service was unprofessional and made the situation worse instead of better. Management sets the tone, and this location clearly misses the mark. I won’t be returning.

- BBBecky BNov 13, 20251.0Went here to grab a drink on my lunch break and the girl that rang me up got an attitude when I asked for a bag and just threw my drinks in the bag. If you don't like dealing with people then a word of advice.... get a different job!! Didn't get her name but she is white or Hispanic with black hair. This was around 1 PM.
