  I have had many bad experiences at many dealerships,but this dealership was amazing.amazing customer service by austein, and amazing service by Tyler.Now I know where I can get treated fairly and trustworthy service

  After going to a few other places, I went to Tire Kingdom on US 19 and 34th Ave N in St Petersburg. They were a big difference from the others as they evaluated and explained everything all the while trying to save me from unnecessary repair. Long story short, I feel good about my ride again. Big thanks to this Tire Kingdom and especially to Elijah, Skylar, and Gunnar!

  Skyler was absolutely awesome to work with. He was quick, knowledgeable, and super straightforward about what my car actually needed. Great customer service and just an overall easy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend asking for Skyler!

  Tire Kingdom on 34th St N did an awesome job replacing my tires. Skylar at the front desk gave great customer service, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road fast. I’ll definitely come back here for future tire work.

  Salesman was very rude. I explained to him 3 times what I wanted done and he acted like he understood but then relayed the wrong information to the crew. I had a 3:00 appointment and was not called until 6:00 to pick up my truck. My truck has polished aluminum wheels. When I arrived to pick up the truck every single wheel was reversed, with the ugly side facing outward. When I questioned the salesman about way they were reversed he got upset, saying that I would have to pay 4 additional mounting/balancing fees, which I had already agreed to anyway when I dropped off the truck. I had to explain to the tire guys what I wanted and while doing so I discovered that they had put long scratches on my front polished wheels. When I reported this to the salesman he was once again rude and did not go check out my complaints and gave me the number to some unknown department. As I was leaving the showroom I stated that I would not be returning to that location again, to which he replied, "good don't". I have done business with Tire Kingdom and Mavis Tire for years but after this I do not see myself returning. Thank you
