  I was there last week for an oil change. I asked that my car be checked for the battery, a check engine light, the tire pressure light, and check the brakes etcetera. I was gone for 15 minutes and they called me to tell me that my car was ready. I asked if they had checked everything, they said yes everything was fine. When I went in to pick it up the man at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I asked if he was the manager his reply was nope. I paid and left. Today I took my car to a mechanic to find out what was wrong with the check engine light and I was told the back brakes needed to be replaced, which is safety issue. I've been there before a couple times and everything was fine. I see a lot of turnover of employees. This time was terrible and I'll never never go back. Also the next day I received an email stating that I missed my appointment. Just crazy. Not sure how the service goes from good to horrible so quickly.

  Best tire shop for price, service and quality service. Guys are professional and they are quick and reliable. Will be bringing more cars back here.

  Was headed to Tampa when my car alerted me that I was getting a flat. I pulled off and found Kingdom Tire on 16th. They found a screw in my front tire and took me right in; fixed it on the spot. This is an honest group of gentlemen here and a trustworthy garage. I will be a customer from now on!

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom getting an alignment done on my car. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got me in quickly, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The alignment itself was done efficiently, and I could immediately feel the difference driving away — the car handles much smoother now and tracks perfectly straight. It’s clear they took the time to do the job right. Overall, really solid service from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest work and good customer service, I’d definitely recommend this location.

  This started out as a five-star review. I went in due to my Check Engine light being on. They found the issue and it was such a quick fix they didn't charge me. They also offered me a deal on tire replacement and said they could get me in right away. I had some time and my experience was already positive so I said yes. Everything got worse from here. It ended up taking over two hours. They tried to charge about $200 more than the initial price quoted. They also broke my wheel lock and told me they couldn't fix it without waiting even longer. They didn't even offer a discount on service for breaking the lock. I have never changed a review after writing it until now. Would not recommend. The only reason this isn't one-star is due to helping with my Check Engine light at the start.
