  Everything went nicely until time to refund my deposit. No one knows anything when you call them back about your bill. The manager, Laura, does not return phone calls.

  We rented from Enterprise in S St Petersburg FL and dropped the car off at Tampa airport 5 days later. It could not have gone smoother. We rented the Mitsubishi SUV and really like it. The app makes checking in ahead of picking up the car very easy. We will use Enterprise again.

  The staff on the 5th SAve/ 34th St No location is special, very helpful. I have no idea if there is a car on their lot for $5.00; I never saw one. They are best approached early in the morning. Their lot is empty but the cars are coming in. There is l'il flexability in their terms. If you need a short term rental, this is not the place to come. They are the Best in the top line of national rental companies.

  I had to bring my new truck to the dealership for warranty work. This was stressful as can be. Nayeli at Enterprise was amazing, her and Alex at the dealership worked so well together and did everything to make this as stress-free as possible. The Wagoneer drives great and I can't thank them all enough. She even helped me figure out how to work everything from the radio to my Bluetooth. Thank You Nayeli!
