I dropped the car off Friday morning and that day I’m told they need to ship a new unit and will be ready Saturday Then the unit is shipped and there’s still issues that are preventing me from driving. I am now being told that the new parts won’t be in until Tuesday!! I have taken time off of work for this device and the DMV (I can’t complete my tasks at the DMV without these documents) and now I have to take off even more time from work. I’m also being told there’s a balance the account for a device that isn't even ready?? I’m so frustrated
