  I had a great experience with Crown Volvo. I was able to get maximum value for my trade-in, no games. Ken and Mary guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. Anthony helped break down the finance and warranty options. He took his time to make sure everything was crystal clear. Made the buying process hassle free. Shoutout to the entire team. Mary is such a pleasure, she’s savvy, professional, and always has an answer to help with whatever questions we might have. We’ve just completed our fourth deal with Mary and, again, it was seamless.   I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at Crown Volvo, thanks to service advisor Brian Tessitore. Back in late December 2025, my XC-40 was experiencing some issues with the infotainment system. As these things sometimes go, the problem wouldn’t show itself at the shop. Brian carefully document the issues I described and told me to immediately return, if the problem occurred again. In mid-February the problem did occur again, and this time the Volvo technicians were able to see it too. The bigger problem, though, was that my car had just went off warranty, and the repair cost was significant. I asked Brian if perhaps Volvo could cover it, given the circumstances. He said he would try, and he indeed pleaded my situation to Volvo. I’m pleased to say that Brian was successful, and Volvo covered the expensive repair cost. Brian’s efforts exceeded all expectations-and I was once again reminded why I have been a loyal Volvo owner for over 30 years. Great customer service Brian and Crown Volvo!

  I was very happy with my interactions with the salesperson "Jake". No pressure, very thoughtful and knew exactly what I was looking for, in terms of help and information. I purchased a pre-owned car from Crown Volvo. They were accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous, in general. I would recommend them if you are going to be in the market for your next car. The level of professionalism was far above the other dealerships (flagship dealerships) that I interacted with regarding the sale of a pre-owned car. The others would badger you almost daily or their sales pitches were off putting. I suppose that goes with experience and style. Understand who your customer is and what they want. Jake did that flawlessly. The car I purchased I have complete confidence in. The I also had a positive experience with finance person and the rest of the staff, as they were also courteous to my family and myself. Overall, I could not ask for a better experience when looking for and finding my "new car". Thank you!
