Before trying to sell me a new battery, he said, “Let me first check your system and see if you might still have a warranty.” He took the time to look everything up, check my car’s battery, and explain everything clearly. It turned out my battery was from 2021 and not purchased there, but he still went above and beyond to help me — without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was honest, respectful, and truly cared about helping. I even tried to give him a tip, and he politely refused. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days.
