- SASara August6 days ago1.0Spent 350$ on parts for my car picked them up at a different store who told me they didn’t have the loaner tools I needed and directed me to this store. So I come to this store ask for the loaner tools, the rude lady at the counter despite a massive sign behind her saying “ free loaner tool program” and various ads online about it tells me “ we’re a tools and parts store we’re not just gonna give you it for free you can buy them.” She continues back and forth telling me they no longer do free tool loans and in general had an awful attitude. I get it if you can’t help me or don’t have what I need but the way that she spoke to me was incredibly rude and off putting. Genuinely makes me want to return the parts I got and go to auto one instead to buy the tools. At least they aren’t immediately rude.

My 2013 Nissan Rogue was having difficulty starting so he tested the battery, starter and ignition systems and told us what parts needed to be replaced. He was able to install a Die Hard battery with a warranty and also recommended any other servicing and repairs for my car. I’ve spoken to other employees at this store like Jerry and the other folks and they are always very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when I need assistance. I highly recommend visiting this store for auto parts and assistance. Thanks and keep us the good work. Vince
- RBRyan BaumanFeb 14, 20261.0Do not come here on a Saturday. The employees are either brand new or grossly underskilled in auto knowledge and store pricing system knowledge. The manager on this Valentines day around noon 2026 was not knowledgeable or friendly at all. Would not take care of me after a purchase mistake on their part. Then corporate gave me a $10 credit that did not show on my account or $10 didn't meet threshold. Dealt with all the employees in the store and im seriously considering never coming back to this location. I left empty handed today. The other St Pete locations are good. Try them or even Autozone they are good too especially 34th st N.
