I had a flat and roadside assistance came and put my spare tire on, but after i got the next replacement i did not have the extender tool to let my spare down and up. Michael was exactly like his name an Angel sent from Heaven. He was very patient with me. Michael checked in the back and there was one, but it was not labeled for a dodge ram. HE looked the part up. He said wait! Lets go see! And it worked. The price wasnt alot for such a valuable tool. He was very encouraging. He turned a stressful situation into an wonderful eye opener. I now know how to do it. I will always have that tool in my truck. He took time to show me how to do it, he help me do it. Now i know how to put the spare on and take it off. Micheal went above and beyond. Excellent sales rep and person. I am forever greatful Michael was hired to work at your store. The atmosphere was very clean and the greeting and service was above 5 stars.

How are you going to install batteries without a 10mm socket? Not blaming the counter guy because I know they get paid peanuts. Manager must be garbage. Teach your people how to install batteries and keep a decent socket set.

Jade went out of her way to find the right replacement battery and then install it, conquering a stubborn terminal with the help of Mike. Three and half years ago I purchased the Platinum Diehard battery with a 4 year warranty. Luckily I found my receipt in my email (note to self: always save an electronic copy of receipts with warranties.) Got a brand new Platinum battery with 9 months left on the warranty but the battery will likely last much longer. Definitely recommend the bigger purchase up front for the warranty. Saved me hundreds of dollars! Thank you again!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
