Jade went out of her way to find the right replacement battery and then install it, conquering a stubborn terminal with the help of Mike. Three and half years ago I purchased the Platinum Diehard battery with a 4 year warranty. Luckily I found my receipt in my email (note to self: always save an electronic copy of receipts with warranties.) Got a brand new Platinum battery with 9 months left on the warranty but the battery will likely last much longer. Definitely recommend the bigger purchase up front for the warranty.
