I have to tell you that if this world had a lot of Jacobs the world will be a better place. Jacob went over and beyond to not only help me but even after finishing his shift offered to let me use one of his personal tools to help me complete what it was that I was trying to do on my vehicle. Because of Jacob I choose to buy my parts specifically at Advance Auto parts on Central. No one is making me do this, I'm a customer who just received great customer first service from an employee named Jacob that I met exactly that day. Thank you in advance auto parts, and thank you especially Jacob!!!

List of excuses: -Management said we arnt aloud to help people or go outside at all while it’s raining because we might get sick -that coded device that you can’t read after plugging it into your car, they can’t help you with that either. -will make sure to not know what can help you when your car needs something -will unpack boxes and say they are busy before helping you. Worst place ever-worse than a Walmart

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
