    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Enterprise. I originally made a reservation at the Green Cove Springs location on 11/20/25. Within minutes, Olivia called to tell me they had no vehicles available and suggested I call around to other locations. I then contacted the Julington Creek branch, where Brandy—who was very pleasant—confirmed they did have a vehicle and completed my reservation over the phone. However, while I was already on my way to pick up the vehicle at 7:15 a.m., I received a call from a gentleman at that same location informing me they not only didn’t have my vehicle, but they didn’t have any vehicles available. I was told my request was “short notice,” which only makes the situation more frustrating—if that were the case, why was my reservation taken in the first place, especially after speaking directly with a representative? What makes this even more disappointing is that this is not the first time this has happened. During a recent rental at the Green Cove Springs location, the vehicle I reserved was unavailable, but at least they had an alternative option on-site. This time there was nothing. My issue is less with the individual employees, who were generally polite, and more with Enterprise as a company. There seems to be a consistent and unacceptable pattern of overbooking, poor communication, and an inability to honor confirmed reservations. At this point, it feels like Enterprise never gets it right, and this ongoing experience has seriously impacted my trust in the brand.

    I booked a van 3 weeks prior to a trip. 5 days before the trip they called to see they do not have a vehicle. No 2nd option! VERY disappointing!

    I recently needed to go to Kentucky to take care of business and visit relatives. Since I had bring back a number of items plus enough luggage to accommodate a two week trip, I decided a large SUV would be these best way to go. After a little investigation I found prices from all the major players were similar. We decided on this Enterprise location due to location and not needing to go all the way to the airport. Reserving a vehicle was easy and the total price acceptable. The vehicle was ready to when we arrived at the pickup time. I had flashes of that Seinfeld episode but I got exactly what I reserved. We scheduled drop off a Friday evening but when we picked up the vehicle the rep said Saturday morning by 9 a.m. would work. We ended up dropping it off a couple of hours before the original time because we finished up early taking large items from our garage to our storage unit. Overall the cost was about $40 less than we thought. The staff was very nice and everything from beginning to end went well. We will definitely use Enterprise from this location when we need to rent a vehicle again.
