He got me fixed up and out the door no problem, free of charge. I appreciate him and his excellent customer service and knowledge.👌

I called ahead to see if they had a couple tools I could borrow because its a pretty easy repair. I need a 14mm socket, a 17mm socket, a wrench, and a jack. That was it. I spoke to Bruce. Bruce basically told me to not come. He said they couldn't loan me a jack but they could sell me one. And he couldn't loan me a socket. But he could sell me one. Do you see the pattern here? The whole time he sounded fraught. He basically told me not to come. I went to O'Reilly auto parts and did the repair (with those exact tools) in about an hour. Thanks for nothing auto zone. O'Reilly all day. I sit in the van that I repaired on our way home.
