  This has to be one of the best enterprise locations! The gentlemen working there were very helpful and professional. Too bad I didn’t get their names. Great experience. Thank you!

  The staff is very friendly at the location, their cars are not in great shape though however. Just remember when you try to use your Costco membership to get a discount that you cannot book it directly with Enterprise you must book it directly with costco. But the staff is very wonderful.

  My insurance company authorized a full‑size rental car after a collision that was not my fault. However, your location only provided a Nissan Sentra, which was smaller and had more miles than my own Avalon Limited. I made multiple calls requesting the full‑size vehicle I was approved for. Each time, I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. I even visited the location in person, yet a full‑size car was never made available. As a Vietnam Combat, 100% disabled Veteran, I expect a higher standard of professionalism. What I experienced instead was poor communication, lack of honesty, and inadequate planning. This level of service is unacceptable

  Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and kind. I typically always Uber home but I asked if they did a drop off service and they did. All the staff here go above and beyond. I think they should be rewarded for their commitment to service and I truly appreciate how easy they are to work with!! I will continue to rent from this location! 5/5 ⭐️
