When I got to the store, the manager couldn't find my order and when he finally did, he said I had put my car as a Toyota Camry and the oil price was different. I pre-paid $100 for full-synthetic high mileage and have proof in my order history that I put the correct vehicle (and recommended oil) when making the online purchase. Trying to upsell me and was totally condescending/not wanting to admit he was wrong or fix the situation at all. Felt like a very sexist encounter. Discount Tire is better for tire service, anyway!

He explained that the rims on 2 tires were a little bent, but they were able to fit the tires. then do an alignment. The tires took some time to procure, but I appreciate their time and effort to get me on the road again. Thanks guys!

When I arrived, the guy behind the counter was quick to ask why just balance and rotate. I explained that there's a little vibration at high speeds. He insisted we go look at the tires, they are in excellent condition, but he instantly said that the tires were dry rotted. I politely told him that I wasn't interested in a upsell and the tires were in great condition. He then went on to give every reason he could think of why a balance would not work. Needless to say, Goodyear will not be getting any of our business. Took to another tire shop and confirmed no issues, just needed to be balanced.
