  Went here for a new tire and oil change, but prepaid online. When I got to the store, the manager couldn't find my order and when he finally did, he said I had put my car as a Toyota Camry and the oil price was different. I pre-paid $100 for full-synthetic high mileage and have proof in my order history that I put the correct vehicle (and recommended oil) when making the online purchase. Trying to upsell me and was totally condescending/not wanting to admit he was wrong or fix the situation at all. Felt like a very sexist encounter. Discount Tire is better for tire service, anyway!

  After hitting a pothole, I needed a new tire, actually all 4. Mark must have been having a bad morning when I first called, but was so nice once my car was towed there. He explained that the rims on 2 tires were a little bent, but they were able to fit the tires. then do an alignment. The tires took some time to procure, but I appreciate their time and effort to get me on the road again. Thanks guys!

  I've been coming to this Goodyear store for many years and I keep coming back because of the great customer service I receive from Olivia and Ernie. They're always respectful and friendly.
