She needs more customer service training. The employee is short, black, and older looking. Please be on the look out when you visit this location; avoiding this location is your best option. To the fellow truckers whom have the privilege to use this lot. How dare you ( and you know who you are) this is not your private dump , I saw discarded tires , empty containers, bottles with your hazardous waste laying all over the back lot. This place is a service provided by Flying J. Act like this is your home. I saw several garbage cans and even a large dumpster , use them. Don't be a Neanderthal, pick up after yourself. Flying J is not your momma
