Told me they have the inventory then left me a voicemail asking about my flexibility on what type of vehicle I needed I told them no I’d like to stay with what we set up and I get there and they tell me they have no clue why they would say that because they never had the correct car to begin with! I’ll never deal with them again I used them consecutively for 3 years now and they lost my business! Rude manager ! Instead of making it right or trying to help he’s sitting there catching flys in his mouth. I called budget ten minutes before they closed and they got me in a full size waganeer within minutes no hassle no appointment. Enterprise is a joke and they are managed by children

The only option they have left will not work for me and my family. They did not reach out to us or try to do their due diligence. Lack of customer service and lack of willing to care. Avoid this place at all cost. We dealt with Brady and Brooke.
