We had been told that the issue was recorded in the Enterprise system only to find out there were no notes when we got to this location. However, we were treated SO well by (we believe his name was) Janen and the manager on site. We were in a replacement car within minutes and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Excellent customer service!!
