Not going to go into a whole dialogue of what transpired, but it left a sour taste for my commit commitment to enterprise. Sometimes big corporations need to teach their employees how to have a better dialogue with their customers. Regardless of the issue, it’s a matter of professionalism. After being a dedicated customer for enterprise for a very long time, I will now look at other options when I need to rent my vehicles. Common courtesy And customer appreciation goes a long way, Clearly lacking in my last rental.
