  I paid $3,087.65 for repairs that, according to a licensed mechanic’s written inspection, were not completed. My vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks, and I was charged for a CV axle replacement, tire replacement, and tire services that were not actually performed. The vehicle is still leaking oil. They also missed repairs like the serpentine belt and wheel bearings. If said work was actually done they wouldn’t have missed the wheel bearings, and serpentine belt while they had the engine apart and while apparently replacing the left front CV/axel. Which I would have happily paid for. I have reached out to the business to resolve this and have received no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would not trust this shop without verifying all work independently.

  Had a stuck lifter on my GM 5.3 and took in to Grease Monkey. Kurt was my service advisor and the customer service he provided was exceptional. More importantly is the work that was performed on the engine. I have been able to take care of my vehicles myself and have not needed a mechanic for years so when this happened to my truck all I was sure of is I didn’t want to pull the heads myself and considered the dealer but decided on Grease Monkey. I believe the mechanic that worked on my truck was named Dan or Danny and wow he did an outstanding job. Thanks Danny. When I decided to use a shop for this repair I like most people cringed at the thought at being at the mercy of someone else, but a couple things happened that assured me that this shop is very honest although this was an expensive repair the whole ordeal screamed of pride and professionalism. I realized that I have been doing my own work simply because I have trust issues, but not with these guys they are who you need to take your vehicle to, but I will say this you may have to be a little patient I’m not the only one who knows how good they really are.

  I've brought a couple of vehicles here for service over the years but my most recent experience was very frustrating and disappointing. A month ago, I brought my vehicle in for service and they advised I had a gasket leak. I agreed, over the phone, to take care of the issue. An hour later, they called and said they couldn't get the part so I haf to reschedule for another date to fix the leak. I also advised that I left a note in the car with a list of items I wanted to get a quote on for another vehicle and the rep stated "okay I'll go get it now". Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I inquired about the quotes and was told they couldn't locate it. Weird that a piece of paper could jump out of the cup holder and is nowhere to be found and I guess they didnt want the additional business? A week later I returned to get the leak fix and was told it would take a few hours, which is fine as I planned to work from their lobby. Not 10 minutes later I was then told it was going to take the entire day and again I agreed to come back on another date. I was advised that if I can drop it off overnight, they could get someone to work on it early in the morning. So I dropped it off overnight. I called the following morning around 1245 to ask for a status update but was told the service adviser was out to lunch. No biggie as everyone needs to eat, right? Around 1, I get a call back and they asked if they could keep the car overnight because they didn't have anyone to work on it. Why was i asked to drop it off overnight if they didn't even touch it until I called at 1?? I voiced my feelings about my experience with the rep and he called back 10 minutes later stating they would get it done by 5. I live 15 miles from this shop but I kept going back to support a local business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

  Grease Monkey got me in quickly, explained everything without the usual upsell nonsense, and had me back on the road fast. Friendly staff, solid service, and way less headache than I expected.

  I have been using Grease Monkey for all of my auto service needs for years and have always had great experiences. They are honest, trustworthy, and reliable. They also offer transportation to drop off and pick up your car. I would recommend them to anyone.
