  After a disastrous experience at the Riverview location this location was amazing. Ethan (the manager) was able to accommodate us right away. He was patient and kind. From here on out I’ll drive the extra 15 mins to come here. They deserve 10 stars!

  When I picked up the rental car I asked the young lady trainee where were the controls to turn on and adjust the radio and she didn't know and between both of us WE figured it out. Then I saw that the car had adjustments to pre set the drivers seat. I asked the young lady and she didn't know then I asked salesman and he didn't know and then I asked for the Manager to help and no one knew how to set the preset controls. The manager as well as the others said that this car did not pre set the drivers seat and I said then why was there controls above my left knee showing how? I was then told that there are so many different autos and the staff can't know how to adjust all of the cars . When people come to rent a car THEY are not familiar with 99% of the cars made. The staff should have the ability to full up the instruction manual and figure it out, NOT TELL THE CLIENT TO DO IT THEMSELVES. This is unacceptable. On another note next time I rent a car I will have to upgrade to a larger car as this car was so low to the ground by bak was out of wack for a week. One last thing, I want to thank one of your salesman for trying to get ENDURANCE auto insurance to pick up the last two days of a seven day rental which was not covered. ENDURANCE refused his request as well as my request ands my mechanics request. Endurance does not know how to be compassionate to unusual circumstances as in my case needing to be at DOCTOR VISITS. Other than that all was ok. Your supervisor returned my call and said what the salespeople said they can not know about all equipment in all cars. Then he asked me what can he do for me. Not knowing what I should ask for I said nothing, I just thought you should know what went on. He never offered me anything after that.

  We have used this location many times to rent cars. They are efficient, professional and provide a variety of vehicles to meet your needs. Several times we were given upgrades. The vehicles are clean and seem well maintained. The online reservation and return process are easy. Sometimes thus location is very busy.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent a car at this location (731 Cortaro Dr.). Especially with Anthony, I rented a vehicle for a short period and returned it after hours exactly as instructed. The keys was left in the drop box and the vehicle parked in front of the business under surveillance. After almost a day now my contract still is open and not completed. Anthony attempted to hold me responsible for alleged damage that was never present during my rental. The rental agreement as attached shows Vehicle condition damaged, yet are still trying to attribute damage to me. To make matters worse, after our phone call he fumbled to clarify exactly what damage he is reporting. I request proof with time stamp as this contact did not have a prior inspection before it was handed to me and still no clear explanation. We have gathered pictures, video and evidence as this is extremely frustrating. I will report this to the better business bureau.

  Even though this location is always busy and understaffed they still work non-stop. I’ve never had a truly ‘bad’ experience at this location. All staff, including manager, have always been quick to acknowledge everyone, and they provided service in an expedited manner. Somethings things are a little backed up - again, due to them being understaffed (please fix this corporate -before you lose really great team members!), but they still get people taken care of and walk each person through the vehicle pick up/drop off process without making you feel ‘rushed’.
