We took the vehicle back and dealt with a phenomenal woman, Christine. What a gem. Not only did she handle the right parts were made to the vehicle but made sure all other various wrongdoings were made right. She followed up with us continually letting us know the status. She was friendly yet professional. I firmly believe if it were not for her we would still be dealing with these issues to no avail. I believe she is meant for management. She is most knowledgeable and caring. We seemed like actual clients to her vs just a payday. Thank you Christine for all you did for us. The Mondl family.
