The shuttle driver picked me up from the collision center promptly and on time. Anthony, upon check-out, made the process quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

The charge went through (we have proof in Wallet), but manager Anthony claimed the “numbers and expiration date didn’t match” and refused to proceed. Anyone familiar with Apple Pay knows it uses secure, masked numbers for privacy — it doesn’t mean the card is invalid. Anthony refused to contact their payment processor/support or Enterprise corporate and ask them to verify the authorization trace. I explained to him how tokenization/authorization works for Apple Card but he insisted that it was a possible scam transaction. The experience felt disrespectful and discriminatory, especially given how he spoke and acted toward him. Enterprise needs to train staff on modern payment systems and how to treat all customers with fairness and professionalism.
