- AMAlex & Bless MeloFeb 19, 20261.0If I could give no stars I would I had a reservation a month in advance came in for pickup today and was told no cars were available and to basically call around ourselves to see if there was one available as if it was our fault that there was no cars when they should’ve offered some sort of help or solution and they didn’t! The guy we spoke to was no help at all….. we also spoke to someone on the phone also from the location and was told the cars weren’t available due to them all needing maintenance? What a joke why allow people to book in advance to have nothing available at pickup we clearly needed the rental for a reason and not even showing a ounce of kindness to try to help a situation they caused is crazy I don’t recommend this location at all!
