  Super helpful, knowledgable and friendly came in for an oil change and the mechs identified several issues for me and helped me get them squared away would definitely recommend .

  I came in last minute to change a bald tire & was very happy with my experience. The man at the front, Tyler, had some unmatched customer service skills! He was very patient/composed & kept a smile despite having to deal with some very negative energy (from another customer ahead of me) that was not deserved. The tire was changed in a timely manner & I will definitely come back to this location for future tire needs!

  Very friendly staff at tire kingdom and fast service. It was a walk in tire patch and they took care of it right away! Highly recommend

  Carey is as very kind and helpful, honest about repairs and wear, Even suggesting I replace a damaged tire with the same make and model elsewhere since they didn’t carry that tire. Honored an alignment policy I had when another Tire Kingdom refused. Gave 4 stars only because they didn’t get the car back to me in time due to having received the wrong part. But manager went out to personally pick up the correct part.

  Tyler and Carey were friendly and professional as soon as I walked through the door. Even though I had made an appointment, Tyler shared that I would have to wait 1-1.5 hours. It was okay because of the way they greeted me upon entering the door. And I watched as Carey took care of the customer before me. The customer felt relief that he agreed with him after verifying the documentation he had brought in. They just made us feel comfortable with relief about our transactions. Those 2 young men are awesome customer service representatives.
