  Horrible experience whoever the manager at this location is needs to be evaluated and its time for a change i went there to pick up a car not only did they not have the vehicle I reserved which should have been guaranteed bast on enterprises statements and bookings but they also did not have anything close i rented a pickup and was told all they had was compact cars they did not call to tell me they didnt have the car I reserved so I ubered there and was then told oh sorry nothing we can do we might get something later but then when I asked to have them take me to a different enterprise I was told oh where not doing that give me 2hrs and I can take you back to your house and then might call you later today if we get something returned to us absolutely a joke I will never give this enterprise location my buisness again and I rent cars alot.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this location. My original reservation had a 6pm return time, and when I called to extend for an extra day, I was not informed that the new return time would reset to the original pickup time. Because of that, I ended up being several hours late without even realizing it. When I tried to address it, I was told there was nothing that could be done, even though I had already been charged for the additional day. I was advised to just return the vehicle the following day, and the manager essentially confirmed there were no options to fix the situation, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given had roaches, which was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. Compared to the service I’m used to at another Enterprise location, this experience was a noticeable step down. Unfortunately, that location was closed, so I didn’t have a choice this time but the difference in customer service and overall quality was very clear.

  The WORST. Would give 0 stars if I could. Employees always have a wild attitude, low quality cars, and barely any inventory. Rental deposit is always a different amount - sometimes it's $50, sometimes it's $500. Robert, the store manager, has a permanent attitude and could care less about how many times you've been there. We rent cars pretty often and every single time, he's at the front desk with his same attitude. I'd rather pay more and go elsewhere. I will never give these guys another dollar.

  The cars are safety hazards. The 1st car had no brakes,it only went 30 mph no a/c and it smelled like something died in it. The 2nd vehicle had no windshield wipers and no brakes the worst part was these were only 2024 vehicle.

  My husband was in an accident and they were quick to get him into a car and on the road again. Upon returning the car we were in a rush to get his car from getting fixed. Daniel made it a point to get him out quick and efficiently so we could go pick up his car from the shop. From A-Z excellent customer service!
