  I called ahead for an alignment was told the rack was empty. Arrived 5 min. After the call. Initially I waited an hr. before going to the counter to tell them I can not wait I only came after being told no wait. They almost immediately came and put it on the rack. Not to start on it. Just park it up there put the gear on it like there working then walked away. There it sits 2 hr and counting No parts needed. a front end alignment when no parts r needed should not take all day. I am a patient person and after an entity trys my patience to this degree............ I am a quick learner. Get my drift. Before I got home the manager called concerned of my review. After a short conversation I've concluded he is truly concerned about quality and is to the best of his ability trying to make his shop as good as can be.

  I had a great experience yesterday. I had a 10:00 am appointment, I got there on time, the staff was very courteous and when they started serving my car they found out that the head gasket cover crystallized. They informed me and also said the cap would be replaced at no additional charge. I was so happy moving forward this will be my place for servicing my cars.

  Excellent customer service with Stanley! He was very Professional and thorough. A true quality very hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work! In my car, he was very polite and professional as well.

  I have been going to Tire Kingdom for 9 years. I have always had great service and no issues until now. I can tolerate a lot, but I can't tolerate a company trying to take advantage of their customers. I took my truck in for them to check my air fan not blowing and a tire sensor not working. When I brought it in, they called me and said I had 3 sensors not registering PSI even though I could still see PSI on my panel for 3 of the 4 tires. They wanted to charge me $140 per sensor plus labor. When I questioned the manager, he said that they have to go by what their machine says - so basically, my car is wrong. They also said they ran my truck all day and couldn't replicate the air issue even thought I was able to do it at their shop in 5 min. They proceeded to tell me that they finally have a code with the error but no mechanic - now...chalk it up to ignorance but why would a repair shop not have mechanics on staff every day. Manager was rude and dismissive. Once the company changed hands, it has gone downhill from there. I suggest shopping around - not an honest firm doing what's right for their customers.
