  Tyler and Carey were friendly and professional as soon as I walked through the door. Even though I had made an appointment, Tyler shared that I would have to wait 1-1.5 hours. It was okay because of the way they greeted me upon entering the door. And I watched as Carey took care of the customer before me. The customer felt relief that he agreed with him after verifying the documentation he had brought in. They just made us feel comfortable with relief about our transactions. Those 2 young men are awesome customer service representatives.

  Excellent service at the tire shop! Jose and the entire team were extremely helpful and professional. Definitely coming back next time. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience with Carey & Jose. They explained to me what was causing my squeaking brakes and gave me every discount they could for my new brakes, rotors, and brake fluid flush. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need work done on my car.

  Tyler and Casey’s customer service was Excellent!!! I arrived at tire Kingdom in Royal Palm with a flat tire on my lunch break. Casey greeted me and welcomed me into the store. He and Tyler work together as a great team by help me with tire pricing and also getting my tire replaced. These two gentlemen were very friendly, helpful and provided Excellent customer service. They were very professional and got the job done, timely manner. A special thank you to Tyler and Casey, You guys are awesome!

  I personally do not recommend this place. I took my car there to get my worn steering components replaced (tie rod, control arms, etc.) first of all they took the whole day, second of all they charged me an expensive amount 1.3k, third of all they put a defective control arm yet told me everything was good and i believed and paid the service. as soon as i got in the car steering in place makes a clunking noise, i went back immediatly and was told i had to bring the car the next day. later on that same day i noticed wheel alignment was very bad so i noted that for my next visit. on that next visit they admitted one of the control arms was defective and they have to order a new one which they did not even know when it will arrive they said they would call me but never did, i always had to call them myself. 2 days later the part was delivered. and i only knew that when i called them and they told me bring the car on the following day which i did i went early at like 9 am, left my car there. I came back at 2 pm and my car was still in the same parking spot the same way i left it (that’s 5 HOURS!!) after noticing how they were not taking this seriously i asked for my keys back and now i have to handle this with my credit card company for a refund and then go get it repaired somewhere else. Hopefully, in the meanwhile my control arm does not break. This place is a waste of time and money, i do not recommend.
