  $299 for replacing 4 spark plugs is robbery . The fuel filter cleaning is a scam - I checked with a VW Service Rep. $199.00?? On another subject, your manager did an excellent job and I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me.

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, and had me in and out quickly. The service was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how courteous and knowledgeable the team was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing fast, reliable car service.

  This Jiffy Lube is easy to get to & you don't need an appointment, so pretty fast & convenient which I really appreciate. I would have preferred to not have to drive my car up into the work area & sit in the vehicle while they were doing their work, but when I went to go inside, I was told to just wait inside the car. The workers seemed to have decent communication between them & a decent exchange of teamwork & communication to customers. I didn't get the full list of things I was told was included in the price of what I paid for (full service oil change): my car interior was not cleaned & a limited list of what they checked & what they did. I was also charged a bit much for an extra engine air filter change & an additional extra for an extra quart of oil which basically canceled out plus added onto the coupon I used. The workers were mostly young & friendly, maybe a bit tired and not really wanting to interact/communicate very much. They may be a bit understaffed & could probably use some training (or company changes made) around standard greeting & information sharing to customers about their services & work done on the vehicle, & some sort of concrete price listing from their tablet device (or signage). Overall, for the higher end price range for a standard oil change, this visit didn't meet up to my expectations & I probably won't return unless in a pinch or need for a quick oil change (other more affordable oil change businesses in the area can have longer wait times). Discount Tire in my hometown has all these things down to a tee so Jiffy Lube might be able to take some tips for their overall approach to fast, affordable, professional car service with excellent customer service. I paid $155 for a full synthetic oil change & engine air filter change (including a $35 coupon discount, so really $190).
