  NAILED holes in tire we specifically told them we were keeping!! Got the 2 front tires changed and it took almost 3 hours, they had the hood open looking in the car. We specifically told them we were keeping the tires (the spare and a tire that had just gotten put on a few months prior) they said ok but put a bunch of holes in holes in the tire.

  I was having an issue with my tires and was unsure where to go so when i stopped at this goodyear location and spoke to a mgr. By the name of jim . Once his expert inspection was completed i was very satisfy with the results !! The whole staff there was very kind and knowledgeable !! I Highly recommend and would return to this goodyear dealership !! Thank you again Jim for your professionalism !!

  I had an appointment at 4.00 pm , dropped the car at 3.41 pm and after waiting for more than 40 min my car was still sitting at same place it was parked . Just ' cause I asked for the service they started working on it . First visit, very disappointed 😞 Orlando Lopez .
