  I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service at the Royal Palm Beach Enterprise location Today 12/31/2025. This location has consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer care.Today, I reserved a standard SUV selected intentionally because I have two children with special needs and require a vehicle of this size to safely and appropriately accommodate my family. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was informed upon arrival that no vehicles were available. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced this exact issue at this location. This situation feels particularly troubling and discriminatory given my family’s specific needs and the fact that reservations appear to be disregarded entirely. The lack of accountability and consideration shown to customers is unacceptable. Additionally, the overall environment at this location was unprofessional. During my visit, I overheard an employee using foul language while on a personal phone call in an area where customers could clearly hear. This further reflects poorly on the standards upheld at this branch.How an organization treats its customers speaks volumes about how it invests in and manages its employees. Based on my repeated experiences, it appears that customer service and professionalism are not being prioritized at this location.I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by this experience and will be pursuing further action regarding this matter. I strongly urge Enterprise to review the management, training, and conduct of employees at the Royal Palm Beach location. I am currently stuck without a vehicle and cannot get to my children in this dire need during this time. Similar situation happened to me on a previous reservation (Confirmation number 1VKVR9) but instead I had to get a much smaller vehcile which is another huge inconvenience because I have 2 wheelchair bound kids. The original reservation was set for a standard SUV. I will be taking legal action. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears.

  The best Enterprise around !!! Daniel Hand is the man , good customer service and very helpful. I highly recommend and make sure to ask for Daniel. Thank you

  Enterprise was quick and efficient in providing me with a car to rent. The car was in great condition. The process of returning the car was also easy. I would definitely rent from them again.

  Scam, gives one prove one the phone and the different prices at pickup. Staff not friendly and doesn’t help, just say that they never said that price.

  One of the better locations I’ve visited, Juan Castillo, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me, I was in need of a last-minute rental car and all the location had left were Mitsubishi Mirage’s, which if you know what that is, you would understand why I wasn’t the most excited to drive that,Juan however, took initiative and told me to give a call back in a couple hours to see if they had returns, Low and behold, I call in and he has a Way nicer 2024 Kia soul waiting for me, He understood my problem and rectified the situation in the timely manner and that’s what being a manager is all about, We need more people like Juan managing!
