  I’ve had a great experience with Enterprise while dealing with ongoing car repairs. Huge shoutout to the Assistant Branch Manager, Samuel, he’s been extremely helpful, reliable, and professional throughout the process. His communication and consistency truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Samuel!

  I want to give a shout out to Sam and Daniel who helped us back in October, and Mac, Daniel and Luisa who helped us yesterday and today. Every few months I take a trip to Orlando and use Enterprise because when you make a reservation online, you are literally in and out in less than 5 minutes with a car once you get there. Drop off is also a breeze, checkout takes less than 5 minutes, and your deposit gets refunded as soon as you drop off the rental. Sure, they might not always have the exact kind of car you want sometimes, but they will upgrade you free of charge, which in my opinion is a great deal if you aren't picky about what car you get. Thank you Enterprise! You'll be seeing me again on May 6th when I get my next rental for my Orlando trip again! 😊

  Jordan was efficient and proactive with the return process from start to finish. During initial pick up location did not have the vehicle I reserved. However, I received a call back they would have the vehicle ready in an hour. Well done!

  I absolutely do not recommend this car rental company to anyone. I made a reservation seven days in advance, and upon arrival, they casually told me they didn't have the vehicle, without even a notification call or email. When I called to request another vehicle, they sent me to a different location 20 minutes away, and upon arrival, they again said they didn't have the vehicle. I asked for assistance in contacting the company, and they coldly replied, "I can't, I'm busy," as if my reservation were worthless. I'm still waiting for a call from the manager to resolve the issue, and my family vacation was ruined by their incompetence. Make sure you book thoroughly beforehand because they offer no guarantees whatsoever, and I find them completely unreliable.

  Just horrible wait times and dirty vehicles. We were told we had to wait while our car was being "sanitized" and they gave us a filthy car that wasn't even cleaned anyway. They kept saying they were so busy but if they just did their job correctly they could get customers in & out easily.
