I called this store looking for prices on 4 parts After being placed on hold (presumably with a queue of other calls), I spend almost **20 minutes** only to be told by the staff member that they were having trouble finding the parts in the computer. When a simple lookup should take minutes, this drag-out was excruciating. To top it off, after finally finding only 2 of the parts, the prices quoted seemed **significantly higher** than competitors I’d compared earlier. After all that and with 2 parts still to find *they hung up on me mid-sentence*. Just click. Disconnected. In all my years of ordering parts, this level of **incompetence** is rare—even among small shops. But this was something else: **rude**, **disorganized**, and **disrespectful of customer time**. A shop like this not only fails at service—you wonder if basic product knowledge even exists there. This isn’t a one-off delay or slip-up—it’s a *pattern* of **negligence**: long hold times, clueless staff, inflated prices, zero accountability, then the phone slammed into your face. I will *never even attempt to order from them again*, and will warn anyone I know *to steer clear*. A RELIABLY bad experience.👎
