I drove to the cocoa Strickland pros, waited in line and drove up for my oil change. I was asked to give information for my profile set up. I declined to give that info but supplied my vets id card to verify the discount. They do not give an oil change without your profile. I do not like my information being sold so I declined and left. They may or may not give good service, I'll never know.
