Not only have they worked on my car before, they have also worked on my son's car and with each, it has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are very friendly; while they are professional and knowledgeable, they are welcoming, very courteous, and patient - delivering quality work every time. This most recent experience was no different. When I arrived to drop my car off, I had been on an extended hold with the car rental agency. The front desk called them directly and got immediate assistance - resulting in reduced wait time for my rental pick up. In addition to that, Danny, the technician who did my estimate and took my car in, was gathering information from my vehicle while I was still there waiting for the rental pick up. While doing so, he observed that my sunglasses and garage door opener were still in the vehicle. He promptly gathered them and brought them to me, ensuring that I would not be without them during the time my car was in repair.
