  Staff went out of there way to not only test and charge my car battery, but also encouraged me to bring my battery into my dealership for warranty instead of simply selling me a new one that I didn't need. Appreciate the store saving me money and going above and beyond.

  From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere at this AutoZone stood out. Everyone was friendly, customers were greeted as they came in, and it genuinely felt like the staff was paying attention and making sure people were being taken care of. I was helped quickly and efficiently with exactly what I needed, which already set a great tone. After grabbing my parts, I went out to my vehicle to work on the issue. Not long after, one of the employees came outside to check on me and even offered tools to help. That alone was impressive, and I gladly took them up on the offer. What really surprised me, though, was what happened next—both the parts manager and the store manager came out to check on how things were going. They quickly realized I was spinning my wheels and stepped in to help me understand what I was doing wrong. They didn’t rush me, talk down to me, or brush it off. Instead, they genuinely got involved, walked me through the problem, and offered practical, helpful solutions. The entire experience felt collaborative and respectful. That level of service is rare these days. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond left a strong impression on me. I’ll absolutely go out of my way to return to this AutoZone in the future, and I’ll be recommending this location to others without hesitation. This is how customer service should be done.

  I went in to get new wipers for my car. Even though the online guide said the blades I chose were the correct model, it turns out they weren't. I returned to Auto Zone to get the correct blades and the return was absolutely hassle free. Not only that, but Tony selected the right blades for me and installed them! Thanks to Tony and the Auto Zone team for the great customer service!

  Went to Rockledge autozone. Bought a new battery from Tony and installed by Erich. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly. A great store to do business.
