    Enterprises always been one of West Palm Beach best places to rent cars budget and all them other places they all stink I've always gotten nice cars the customer service is always been great and now that I'm have to rent them again I will always know that I'll have a good and clean and reliable car I would recommend Enterprise to anyone and everyone that needs a car I'm in the customer service business myself and they are great with that I give them five stars because I'm concerned they get 10 Stars cuz everything is really great

    I had a confirmed reservation, only to get a last minute call saying they didn't have any cars available. What's the point of confirming a booking if you can't honor it? This completely messed up my plans and left me scrambling to find another rental. Poor communication and unreliable service.

    At first because it was last minute I had a 🚗 I was dissatisfied with on the 🛣️ on a two-day trip from Florida to Georgia to a funeral Sunday arriving back home the store was closed but I'm very satisfied because they made a correction necessary accommodation although at the end of my trip 😏 Monday morning and I made it home safely thank you Enterprise rental car 🤗 y'all put me in a nice 2025 🚗😂🤣🙏🏿

    Never doing business with this location ever again. I planned on leaving a good review once my trip was completed because they did accommodate me last minute. However too many red flags happened before and after my trip that i just can't get over. I booked a mid size SUV months in advance with another location and the day before Thanksgiving that location did not have my car that I requested. I called this location to see if they had the car I was looking for, and if I could rent it last minute, I was told by Luis to book the car online and that they will be able to get me in the car, I booked the car online for a SUV And I called twice before I went up to the location to verify that they would have the car that I needed. When i arrived they told me they could put me in a Nissan Altima. I agreed because at this point me and my family needed to get on the road. I did ask would the price be cheaper being that they are putting me in a smaller size car and Fate said no it would cost more if they changed it. Which made no sense, but again i was just happy they could accommodate me. Upon return of my return it was an after hours return on a Sunday. I did expect to pay more for my rental because it was brought back a couple hours after the original return time. The issue came when i had to call them the next day in the afternoon time to inquire about a receipt or something showing that the car was returned. I called them 4 something in the afternoon on Dec 1st and a rep told me they weren't finish getting all the cars checked back in and they will call me shorty. Fate called me back 14 mins later and told me everything was fine and they were closing out the contract and i should be receiving the receipt to my email soon. Okay no problem. I never received the email. I called the next morning and asked about the receipt and they sent it. To my surprise it was a $75 cleaning fee which was odd to me because the car wasn't filthy. I made sure I cleaned up after my kids and the most that was probably left behind was crumbs from the chips the kids ate in the backseat. I let it go for a few days but something didn't sit right with me. I called to inquire about the $75 charge and Luis proceeded to tell me that i was charged $75 because the car was smoked out. I don't know what he meant by smoked out but he proceeded to accuse me of returning the car "Smoked out" and that they had to have the car detailed and the air filter changed. My issue is that there was no way any kind of smoke or anything would have been in the car as i was traveling with my two children, one who has allergies and asthma and my 70 year old grandmother who has dementia and copd. There is no way i would compromise their immune system in anyway and none of us smoke. Luis then proceeds to say he inspected the car himself and it was smoked out and he saw ashes in the car. Another lie. He tried to make it seem as though he did me a favor by not charging me the $250 fine that they charge for a car being smoked in, in which i challenged him and said if you claim the car was smoked out and you saw ashes yourself why wouldn't you just charge me the full $250 if you had every right to. Because if it was me i would have, if that's my job. I'm sure I'm not the only customer from that weekend with a mysterious unexplained cleaning fee. When fate called me the day after the return regarding the car she said everything was fine. No mention of any issues with the car. No mention of a lesser deposit or cleaning fee. I'm overall disgusted with the lie that was told and my hard earned money being taken over a lie or even a possibly mixup that they are refusing to fix! I have called and reported the issue to corporate which was over a week ago and have yet to be contacted regarding this issue.
